Eating healthy isn't boring! It is what you make it. If you don't like the taste of vegetables, add seasonings and spices! There are so many ways you can make it tasty and adventurous, you've just got to get creative.
You don't have to start eating completely clean overnight, make small changes. Here are some ideas how:
1. Start by cutting soda out of your diet, and limiting processed foods.
2. Start eating more fruits and vegetables!
3. Eat whole grain pastas and breads instead of white.
4. It's ok to have a treat once in a while, as long as the majority of your meals are healthy and nutritious.
5. If there is one junk food that you can't live without, try to limit it and have it in moderation.
6. Carry healthy options with you so that when you get hungry while you're out, you won't be tempted to splurge!
7. Start meal prepping, even if it's just a few meals a week, fail to prepare, prepare to fail!
8. Eat breakfast, it's important to get that metabolism going in the morning!
9. Try to eat as much organic and local foods when possible, you want to know where your food is coming from!
10. Don't be afraid to go out to eat, many restaurants will be accommodating to you if you ask for your food not to be fried or cooked in any extra sauces.. Many places also have a "lighter fares" option as well!
